Improved remax.ca Introduces Unified Search Experience, Responsive Design

RE/MAX and HGTV Canada collaborate to create content on homebuying and selling, renovations, décor and more through new RE/MAX Canada blog

Toronto and Kelowna, May 17, 2016// RE/MAX Canada has officially launched its new website, remax.ca, which aims to provide users with the most accurate, up-to-date real estate information in the most efficient way possible.

An innovative, unified search experience automatically suggests listings, agents, offices and neighbourhoods, while interpreting what the user is likely trying to search for. Search results can be filtered by entering keywords, such as “pool,” “office,” or “fireplace.” The website’s new, responsive design adjusts to every device’s screen size—no app required.

New to the website, RE/MAX has created a consumer facing blog, and has collaborated with HGTV Canada to provide readers with unique content on topics such as home renovations and décor trends. Additional content on the new blog includes articles on buying and selling, curb appeal and other topics, providing readers with helpful advice. Many of these articles utilize the collective knowledge of RE/MAX Influencers: a group of sales associates and brokers who provide answers to common real estate questions on a regular basis. By tapping into this source of knowledge, RE/MAX Influencer blog posts provide insights from affiliates who help homebuyers and sellers on a daily basis in communities throughout the entire country.
