RE/MAX and Pet Valu Team Up to Make Moving with Pets Easier

Introducing the “Complete Guide to Moving with Pets,” a digital guide for devoted pet lovers

RE/MAX Canada, the leading real estate organization in Canada,  and Pet Valu, Canada’s leading specialty retailer of pet food and pet-related supplies, have joined forces to make moving with pets easier. Together, the two experts in their fields have launched the Complete Guide to Moving With Pets, a free, digital guide filled with tips to help ease pets through the move and transition into their new home.

“We’re very excited to team up with Pet Valu as we’re now able to assist our clients, as well as their pets, through all stages of the moving process,” adds Volpini.

The “Complete Guide to Moving With Pets” includes advice on how to pack and plan for a move, preparing and showing your home, moving day musts, pet-proofing your new place and getting settled together. There is also guidance on how to move with your dog, keeping your cat happy during a move, and planning a long-distance move with a pet. Additionally, the guide offers quick tips for routine, safety, planning ahead, patience and positivity, and settling in along with recommendations for relocation supplies.

This campaign will be supported by a 360-degree marketing plan that includes joint television segments, social media content and a contest. RE/MAX agents, across Canada, can also give away a limited number of special pet-first “Welcome Home” gift boxes to devoted pet lover clients before they move that include a QR code for access to the digital Complete Guide to Moving With Pets and a few pet friendly surprises from Pet Valu.
