“Buyers in Saskatoon must act quickly to secure their dream home,” says Warren Ens on RE/MAX Bridge City Realty based in Saskatoon. “Prices in the region are still affordable, but there is also a high demand.”

Warren also advises buyers to aim to be pre-approved for a mortgage before beginning the search process, and hire an excellent real estate agent to help make the right home-buying decisions.
